Early this morning I was playing through some Linear Line S by myself with two NPCs, one being my little GH410. Somewhere in block 2, my Newman wartecher was low on PP in almost everything, and healing was a serious problem. Then something totally unexpected happened. My little GH410... healed us. She pulled out a wand, and she acutally used resta to help me out. Note, this was my GH410, which is supposed to be the maid PM that weilds a sword and a dual sabers. I had NO idea she could use wands and heal. Has anyone have this happen with a GH410? Her B Stat ATM is about 20+, if anyone needs to know. I would of taken screenshots of this, but as I am a PS2 player, I can't.

Yeah, my GH-410 heals herself when she's at yellow health.

Started happening around battle status level 50-60.

Every single NPC whether it be a Tutorial Buddy, Your P.M., or an NPC from the Story Missions is capable of laying down Resta. Unfortunately, none of them do it with any degree of consistency.

Exactly. Most of the time I'm content to boot them from the party rather than waiting for them to get to the exact HP level at which they'll use resta, very annoying.

at battle level 1 my 410 was healing herself occassionally, within the first month of the games release, it's definitely not anything new

Except for the GH450 since the fix, she's now a reliable healbot. If you are on pc/ps2.

AFAIK 360 did not get the GH450 fix . We will have to wait and see.

It seems like not only do they wait until their health is dangerously low, there has to be like absolutely nothing else going on at the time. I notice with both Leo and Lou (Laia for whatever reasons seems to be able to keep her health up) that if there are any enemies they will engage the enemies BEFORE using Resta, often leading to their untimely deaths. Leo in my experience is the least reliable, so I've ceased using him altogether...

Not true. The one time my 410 used resta on me, I was getting mobbed against a wall, was going for my Resta, and boom, it went off before the damn weapon loaded. Tons of enemies around, all doing stuff. So, I guess they just do it whenever they want.
