PSOBB: Photon Crystals: Told you so ;)

Today a whole lot of stuffs were released on the jp client of PSOBB.

Among this:

You can now, under certain circumstances, add Hit % to enemy weapons, using photon crystals.

I start to understand how the rumors came into life all these years back. The text was probably already written somewhere in the code.

It's quite pricey though (at least 15 crystals for the maximum, which is 50% hit).

Considering the fact the English version hasn't received any updates in several months, it is would be reasonable to assume the answer is 'no'.
