I am from the Xbox 360 version of the game. I am wondering if it is available, because I really want to buy it. I haven't had the time to search on player shops, so I asked here. I researched PSUpedia and here also, but nothing about if it is available, and if so were does it drop. Thanks to whoever helps me!

If this is the same as Te/ Tech charge, then yes. Not sure.
So it's NOT te/ tech charge? I looked at the item list, and it says te/tech charge is an A slot. It's B.

Yeh, I was shuttling back and forth between the item listing and my stuff. Sori charge looks better, but for people can only use a B unit, Te/ tp charge is great.
I've seen a few Sori/Tech in player shops, but they're all priced over a million meseta. Good luck.
