If you don't want em there then boot em.
Unfortunately, this is going to happen to you alot. Many higher level players prefer to taxi through C rank missions to get to the meaty missions after this. Of course, it's easier to go through a partially completed mission with many people than to just solo one. This is where newbies leveling without a care are thoughtlessly hurt. Once you can do B rank missions, things will get better.
It happens a bit too often. Sometimse when I make new characters, I ask friends if they'd like to join. We start out, and then all these highbies join our party looking for a free ride.
At most times, I don't care, but if I'm trying to lvl up WHILE ON THE WAY TO MY DESTINATION, then I do.
Yeah its just plain lazyness from those lvl 60+ chars. Come on if you are lvl 60+ you should be able to tear through any c rank mission in less than 10 mins solo.
I'll only join a game like that if it's obvious they're just blowing through the mission.
