Can you guys buy the 11* mats like par walna and armor mats in the stores (from the npc) if so what are the prices.

Sorry a few more is there a conversion board for the armor mats? if so how high can you convert to? Same thing is there a conversion board for Par ebon to Par walna?

No, you cannot buy the S level materials.
Yes, you can convert stuff to S level materials, but not now.
No, you can't BUY the boards for converting to S-Level materials.
and,
Yes, there are boards that can convert to higher than 8 stars, but as of this post, they are unavailable.
