Section IDs and Uncommon Items?

I'm wondering if a character's Section ID affects not just rares, but uncommon item types in some way that isn't reflected on the probability charts.

I have a level 45 HUmar Greennil dude, and I started a FOnewearl a few days ago (Level 15 as of killing the Glow Worm this morning). My Force is Pinkal and has already found about as many grinders (mostly tri, actually) as my HUmar did. A majority of them have come from boxes and monsters in Forest 1 and 2. In addition, I've already found 4 scape dolls, all from drops or normal boxes (forest and one in caves somewhere).

My HUmar didn't find a scape doll until killing Dark Falz in Normal, and then found 2 more on the Hard Dragon.

Am I just getting massively lucky, or have other people noticed this? If there's something too it, it might be worth making a Pinkal character to collect grinders.

Scape dolls, grinders, etc. are all dumb luck. Trust me, I leveled up the same character 3 times (three times a HUnewearl, three times a REDRIA) and I've found different amounts of grinder, dolls, add slots, drops, etc.

Fair enough. I thought I would ask because it seemed a statistically relevant difference.

By the way, are AddSlots Redria favored? I've never seen one, and figured I should have by now.

Maybe I can keep dropping and picking up my useless photon drops until they morph into them
