Japanese Music/voices in US version?

Does anyone know a way to mod the instal and substitute the Voices with the Japanese ones?

it cant be done, cause ST protected the game against hacks. that one is a small asthetic hack, but a hack none-the-less.... unless there's some region change thing i dont know about
