well,
I was just running bruce C with a friend to level up my new cast and we found a bil de vear horn,yeah, on C rank

strange occurence and the odds are probably one in a few thousand but Im just lettin all of you know that it is in fact possible to get a horn on c rank bruce

its a special drop, so yeah i can be found on any rank (i.e.: Black Heart, Rappy Feather, etc.)
