It revives people and gives them a Me/HP Restore effect... it also cures people like resta.
...so not really as far as I can tell.
Nope, Reviving is pretty much all it does.
It is good if you don't want to carry moon atomizers with you. It would also be useful if you run missions with people who die every 30 seconds.
Let me try to burn something with it...

... But I heard at lvl 21+, it does full revive, reverser, and full heal, but it's auto regene is slow and low.
Doing HIVE S without a concern for player deaths.
Which would be most of the time for now.

But as everyone carrys scape dolls it is basically a very expensive slow casting resta....(good way to waste 75 frags)

I'd get it if I weren't capped on photon arts but I am, so I won't.
If they impliment regular missions such as the ones in the JP event going on right now, then I'd say Giresta would finally have use. At the moment, deaths have no penalty since all we're trying to do is beat the clock as we fight our way through. So people usually just put their scapedolls in storage and go at it. Then when people die, they either use moons or I swing by and use Giresta on them. A bit expensive, but at least it feels useful
