well probably because people on uni 15 actually want to party instead of chatting in lobbies. I think 15 is more for parties and alot of people go to uni 2 for just randomness. That's my guess

I've seen a lot of people going to uni 15 from PSO world lately over the past nights. The most hoppin' places are in Nyasia's parties, where the magic happens, and the midget orgies + free beer.
I had a 4 person "line" of people trying to get in my party last night. The magic is in my pants.
Nyasia attracts all the people I like to make fun of.
P.S.: If you're gonna party on 15, stop locking your shit. It's annoying.
