I believe they take the place of Jaggo's, of which I've seen screen shots. They ought to take the place of rappies too, if you think about it...

However, I haven't seen a rare spawn since around Chrismas time! And I've gone from lvl 45ish to lvl 66 since then!

My 1sr week on PSU (november) i found Jaggo on Desert Terror, one apeared in each area divided by laser fences of the block 3

I've never seen them again (and I have made lots of VOC...)
