ok on the 360 i go into some peoples rooms and they're making like coughing noise and such. how do i do that?

Use the '!' before a number... like !15 or something. I think it starts from 10 maybe 12?

You're probably hearing them talking (coughing?) through their mics. Voice chat works in people's rooms.
