According to the Stats I found under Gameguides in the Forum, at lvl 100 a Human Female Fortetecher will only have ATA of 186...meaning I will not be able to use a 12* Card which requires at least, 200 ATA.
I'm pissed and Saddened......
If they (SEGA) don't fix this I'm gonna move on......tired of always getting screwed with this Game. But I don't expect nothing from SEGA anymore...

It's doubtful that you'll get a rare card without being able to instantly equip it. I think forces in PSUjp that have equipped their 10* card, assuming they've found one, before lv90. Considering how long it's taking for anything to come out, I don't think you'll see a 12* before you can equip it.
Maybe they will change the ata requirement like they did with the lovebow. It does seem that out of the sranks only cards and longbows have really high requirements for the type that can equip them.
What's worse is that, later on there will be other jobs that can get S ranks for these, making it relatively more difficult for fortetechers to equip them.

thats like making a 12* axe ATP required too high for Fortefighters

The level cap on the AoI beta is supposedly 120, so levels over 100 are hardly out of the question.
You also need to consider class levels 11-20.
