PSU-Item: Where can Psycho Wand be found?

I know Psycho Wand can be found in Level 100+ Relics stages but where does it actually come from? A box? I hope its not from the end of mission.

but in jp, in relic S2, it can be drop from all enemy overthere ,but .... it said to be ultimate rare of rare..
rumor say "only 1 person has the [b] from 100k population in jp"

But don't let that get your hopes up. It requires some crazy materials to synth. Just getting the board is less than half the battle.

To put it into perspective, an average S-rank on the JP server runs in the 5-mil or less range (usually a lot less). While on the other hand, just makign the psycho wand is a task that would probably take well over 100mil. Its the only truly "priceless" weapon on the JP server right now.

YEA, and more over, the [b] is has only 60% success rate!!!
so , just don't hope for it as what I said before . it is bad for your health

Hmm. So Psycho Wands drop from any monster? Claire Doubles is also the same thing isnt it? I'm relieved to here that its not an end of mission item, phew. I wouldn't want to buy the board since its 60% or something with crazy ingredients.

Looks like some luck bastard got it. Looks like the ugly Green Newman or that ugly Red Cast got it (no offense to anybody who likes green or red). I bet that no one has the ingredients to make it yet, 30 diads and 10 relics edge sounds crazy! I only have 6 diads and 0 relics edges.

The mats don't even matter, I'm rocking 14 edges already, and the diad I'll just buy for whatever(100-200k current price), ditto with edges(50-150k) when it becomes necessary.

There's no less then 4 Srank boards besides Psycho Wand that can drop in relics S2, all of which can be sold and used to buy the mats. Not to mention it's so easy to get 10+ balkarin and nanoresin in an hour of soloing the place (with Lvl 0 luck!) which can be turned around and sold as well. 100k / hour easily. Unless you fluke and get the board on your first run, you'll be able to synth it very quickly...

And well, it's not like JP are turning the place inside out 24/7 either, of course the board seems rare when half your population is farming meseta party missions and the other half is soloing their rare of choice...
