PSU: Pure PM help striking

I am making a pure striking pm and i was wondering what is the best thing to feed it to get rid of tecnic. I have herd 2* weps are but:

Am i missing somthing, is this beacuse i dont have time to search 4 2* in player shops? what should i feed it and how do i get them?
