Dilemma about the demo/ Illuminus expansion...suggestions?

I recently got back into PSU again...the demo at least lol.

I got PSU the first day it came out and ended up quitting because of the lack of content. Thought I'd give the demo a try again and on my new LCD the HD graphics were like night and day...sharp!!! And a lot of people were online as well.

So I ordered another copy of PSU...should be here in a couple of days.

The expansion is what got me thinking about coming back, mostly. I was a PSO vet with hundreds of hours logged and it seems Illuminus is getting back to the roots of what made PSO so fun in the first place. But who knows when we'll get to see it here in the States...

My question is should I hold out until the expansion or jump into PSU as it is now? I'm playing as a Force on the demo and I hated them in PSO but they are pretty badass in PSU...never thought I'd like them so much but I just wanted to try one out as a "filler" character in the demo to get reaquianted to PSU.

Stay with the demo or go with PSU as is?

Jump into the real game. When the expansion hits, you can bring over your characters as opposed to starting from scratch.
