There's a Psow Chat Room O_o
Wait there is? o.o
Well, they're usually back up 3-4 hours after a major update.
How do I know? I've stayed up for all of 'em, even if I haven't actually done much until the next morning.
And I have you all beaten for video game sleeping stories.
This was about, oh, 10 years ago now (has it been so long?) when Final Fantasy 7 first hit the shores of America. I borrowed the game from a friend of mine at school on Wednesday afternoon, just before I got home - and 'stole' the PS1 from my mom's rental place. Armed with the knowledge that I only had until Monday to beat the game, I spent the next FIVE DAYS doing nothing but playing the game, skpping school, eating PBJ's in moments stolen from the game's siren grip, aided only by my guide (that I only bought for the poster).
Along about, oh, 3 AM Saturday, I'm busy breeding Chocobos to try and get the Knights of the Round that the guide spoke so glowingly of. I get myself my blue and green ones OK, race them until they're lean and fit, and start going for the black chocobo...
and
drift
off
to
sleep...
I woke up 4 hours later, after dreaming of Chocobo breeding all night (was it black? No. Reset. Was it black? No. Reset. Was it...)
And there it was -
A black chocobo, hopping up and down.
I hit accept, and that "Wark!" stayed with me for the next 3 hours.
So, uh... who wants to brutalize some fire monsters with me when the update comes along? I'll be bringing along a 50% ice double saber, a 38% ice jogiri, 26% ice nokoku-zashis, several storebought 29% ice rapiers...
Referring to oneself by name repeatedly certainly is more selfish and self-centered than using a simple, one-letter pronoun. You know, what with the having to put out extra effort to use the name, instead of a single letter, shortened version...On 2007-05-23 23:45, BunnyGirl wrote:
Bunny talk in 3rd person because she feels that using the word "I" is rather selfish most of the time. Bunny doesnt care about her real self. Telling you what type of personality Bunny is. If you wanna know more...many people on this forum already know it is a habit of Bunny to do that, Right Ronin, Dhylec, VanHalen, Siertes, Kaiaphas, eh..some more but Bunny couldnt remember. On 2007-05-23 23:28, chuck_norris wrote:
eh i dont lose sleep over it, and i have to ask you something, why do you talk in a 3rd person?
Besides...
Pronouns are your friends. Just like bunnies, you know?
ProTip: To damage your credibility, simply call any of the Phantasy Star games "massively-multiplayer."
Seems dead o.o, and I never new it existed until now >_>
It crashes any browser that I try to open it in.
Shame, too, I so wanted to chat with a member of the gimp squad too
