I think if you log out in the middle of the mission this can occur. I'm not sure about it but I"m too lazy to check it out. It happened on my Newman though.
Im to lazy to look at the pictures but if its the "have your weapon out while talking to Bruce or whatever" glitch then I know how to do that and if you invite me into your party then I can show you it with any weapon including the Photon eraser...
