No 4th (which is whack but w/e works for ST), just more power, I think because of the knockback, and knowing ST they'll just use that for an excue to not add like another combo within the middle of the PA, but hey you PA's will change color.

PA's can NOT reach level 40 "now". They will be able to in AoI, but not now. AND, though the beta may not have shown any 4 combo hits, ST can still add them in. Didn't they tweek some of the PA's from the Beta to the final version of PSU?
I don't know what you mean by nothing to look forward too. Higher Atp % and ata % on Photon arts is good for me. Also new PA animation color looks sweet.

I believe the colors are:
1-10: Green
11-20: Blue
21-30: Purple
31-40: Red
Same order are the photons of the weapons in PSO. Green for 1*, blue for 2*, purple, red, then gold.
If PAs could get to 41+, they'd probably be gold.

how do I know this? Look at the PA description
Tornado dance: 1 hit... blah... only one combo
Rising Strike: 2 hit... blah.... only two combo
Dus Daggas: 3 hit.... blah.... 3 hit combo
no PA says 4 hits, and therefore none of them will have a 4th hit. Now, they could make NEW PAs with 4th hits, but the ones we have now will not.
