Is the drop rate of rares droppin durin holy light?

i was in a party and they said the drop rte is goin to decrease during the 7 days of luck is this true?

Everyone will be getting the 3* luck for said 7 day period. It's not technically the drop rates that are changing, it's your luck will be at max for that week.

The drop rate of rares wont drop. It'll be the value of rares that drop. Bigger supply (from more drops) and less demand (because you'll be able to go hunting easier), thus, down goes the price.
