eh, yes, and no.

it was intended as a spam forum, a place to move all the locked and spam threads that showed up in PSOW. For whatever reason, a small community sprung out of this several years back. Now we sort of have our own little world down here. As such, we don't appreciate needless spam and mass posting of redundant pictures (though much to our annoyance some people still do it.) There are still rules here, no triple/quadruple/etc posts, no flaming, no porn, no telling other members to get lost/posts are worthless/etc.
