Item: Rabol Neda

Well, I went looking for Rabol Neda last night, because I had some spare meseta and I wanted to test out the special effect for using a Gur Neda with it. I paid only 500,000 and got a 20% lightning one, I thought it was a damn good deal for a slightly rarer armor...

Anyway, do you think it's worth it to use this armor with Gur Neda, and is it stronger than a Gur Missal? Even if it's not, do you think that grinding it would make a difference?

I have been using the rabol neda for awhile and it is much stronger than the gur missal.

at +5 the neda has 1092 PP and 549 ATP, which adds up to 686 ATP with the armor bonus. it also has 105 ATA with the armor bonus. at +10 the gur missal has 705 ATP and 104 ATA. PP is of course the area which the Neda cannot compete in, but it's easy to get a few high grind Nedas.

Gur Neda grind stats:

+6 - 1111 PP and 563 ATP = 704 ATP with armor
+7 - 1132 PP and 579 ATP = 724 ATP
+8 - 1159 PP and 599 ATP = 749 ATP
+9 - 1188 PP and 621 ATP = 776 ATP

I keep breaking them at +9 so I don't know the stats for a +10 yet, but as you can see this is the best solution until one gets the Asted combo. the armor isn't the greatest but it does also get a bonus and it's fairly easy to stay out of trouble using the grenade launcher.

Well, I grinded my Gur Neda about 5x, and while using Lv14 Boma Riga on Badiras, I notice that it hits for about 80 more damage per hit than using Gur Missal.

I forgot to mention also I was using my Hard / Power Charge and had Lv30 Shifta. >.>

Anyway, I like the Rabol Neda's stats too, because while wearing a Sta / Mind and Mega / Wall, here's the comparative stats to Phantom Line.

-10 DFP
+66 EVA
-12 MST (I think, I will have to check again later...)

Anyway, once I get 1 million meseta together, I'm going to purchase Te / Mind S. It will be nice because I'll then have about 48 more MST than Phantom line.

Well, SUV is pretty handy in select situations. You can always switch to an Extra Slot armor when not using your Neda to charge the meter, and just swap back to that same armor when you need to use the SUV.

ok, with the 3* luck for male humans today I was finally able to get a Gur Neda to +10! I only had one +9 but I found a +10 grinder for 100k and decided to go for it.

Gur Neda stats:

+1 - 1024 PP and 498 ATP = 623 ATP with armor
+2 - 1039 PP and 509 ATP = 636 ATP
+3 - 1056 PP and 522 ATP = 653 ATP
+4 - 1073 PP and 535 ATP = 669 ATP
+5 - 1092 PP and 549 ATP = 686 ATP
+6 - 1111 PP and 563 ATP = 704 ATP
+7 - 1132 PP and 579 ATP = 724 ATP
+8 - 1159 PP and 599 ATP = 749 ATP
+9 - 1188 PP and 621 ATP = 776 ATP
+10 1219 PP and 644 ATP = 805 ATP (100 more than Gur Missal +10)

So Gur Neda Combo was already beating 11* Srank GL with +6? Neat, at least ATP wise. Where did you get your Rabol Neda from Tuscan? It's not too popular in the player shop compared to Phantom Line (last I checked no results came up with it on PC/PS2) and so far the only spot I've seen it drops from is the boss box of Desert Terror A IIRC (ugh).

The Asted combo can shattered it but chances of getting that compared to Neda combo seems lol worthy at the moment. The Neda combo is more realistic to me for now.
