I've always thought that the answer to life was 42.
Either that, or to pass the time until death. I mean, we all spend our remaining time doing one thing or another. Even our technology is designed to pass the time. Someone passed some of their time by creating a way to pass along information instantly, which is more often than not read for the sole purpose of entertainment. Games? They pass the time. Music? Passes the time. Cars? Makes it faster to get somewhere to pass the time (Jobs, shopping center, clubs, amusement parks, etc.). Movies? They pass the time. Hell, even when technology's not involved, what we do is meant to pass the time.
Sleeping? You bet'cha.
Exercising? You get healthier, so that you can live longer to pass more time!
Hunting? Especially for sport, yep. Otherwise, we hunt for food in order to eat, which prolongs our existence so that we can keep doing what? Pass more fuckin' time~!
Life has no meaning.
To try to define an experience as varied, dynamic, and broad as life is an exercise in futility.
To give it a meaning would be like trying to box it up, and thats impossible. Life is something that is always changing, evolving.
The true meaning of life is what you make it.
Live, love, learn and die.

I'll have to agree with Diz, I've never bought into life having a meaning, the sole purpose of our existence is to exist, nothing more.
