PSU-Item: psycho wand?

I'm a level 65 newman force on PSU, and I was wondering if anyone knew if you can get the psycho wand offline on PSU. If I can just find the bored I'll be happy.

Any higher, and Forces would have way too much power in offline mode. honestly though, Rangers probably have it best in offline mode. They have a wealth of S-ranks and complete most missions faster than anyone else. I will say though, gidiga in offline mode is way overpowered.

ohhh....yeah, no psychowand, but you could try hunting for it and come up with the same result as most people online.

I don't believe balance is really needed in a single player game. It's not like there is anyone to compete against :/

I kind of like gi-diga. It's a pretty good spell, but I dont have it in any of my 6 rods.....
