    Smarter NPCs. I hated having them just stand behind me. The ones with guns were the only really helpful ones.

    More areas, but none exhaustingly long like Caves and Ruins. Better enemy diversity, and no traps when there's a ton of enemies around. Also a more solid plot would be nice instead of stopping every time I see a light on the floor... and some minigames.

    New planet, new bad guy (not dark force/ falz)
    completely customizable chara's like what FF11 is supposed to be like.
    and i liked the chanting while casting idea

    It'd be pretty cool to see new weapon types, as well as some kind of new action. Mags shootin lazers and shit would be cool too.

    quest based games that are more than just retrieval and defeat. instead of four or five areas to clear, you play sequential quests. all quests would be tied together to make a linear story.
    I don't think THAT'll ever happen. Not to mention that the non-linear storytelling style PSO has used so far is quite nice thank you very much.

    I've already posted two or three times in various threads about what I'd like to see...
