Lobby actions while on a mission,How?

I have seen people do lobby actions while on missions but i can't figure out how their doing it.Do you do them through a keyboard or can you still do them with a controller?

With having no weapon equipped (choose empty hands part as mentioned above) you can do standard poses. Simple.

Only can do them online, and only the Alt F1-F12 actions.
