Don't quote me, but I THINK I've seen one drop from a box in Fight For Food S2...it was in one of those three boxes off to the side in the block where the last room has a laser gate blocking the exit.

I know for a FACT that I got a Phantom Line board out of those boxes on an "S" mission, so I would assume a Weld Line could drop on the S2 mission (and I beleive I saw it!)

Yeah, there's probably other places it drops. I might just poke my nose into other wikis and see what they say, too.

Edit: Yeah, JP Wiki has the second LL mission listed as a drop location for it on S2.

Ive seen Weld-Line drop once at Moonlight Beast S Boss box and seen several Weld/Ganna Line drop by a Bardia at 2nd Last room (Re-Charge Cube) area of Mad Beast S
