All we know is "after the event." The official site says that details on when the reward period will begin will be announced at some point after the close of the 1Up Cup.

If we hit 4 mil, it would be on the final day, forcing Sega to implement a last minute change for synth rates. By comparison, Super Holy Light week began 2 weeks after Firebreak ended. I predict our 1up Cup rewards will come a week after AoI at the earliest.
