Ok ive seen mad ppl with nice % on the Sranks that has beem dropping during the 1up. My question is when u make a wep with 100% striking bot is the % that comes out all luck or it depends on sumthing else

Im re doing my strike bot right now it was 81/19tech and i couldnt syth anything over 14% was that becuz it wasnt pure?

The currect % system is very heavily distributed to the low end. AoI is supposed to be more towards the middle.
