My 2 cents:
I think Ra techs should splash damage. Sorry but I feel quite helpless against a large enemy and bosses when I'm up against them alone (yes I know a techer shouldn't be alone but id does happen time to time). If it becomes overpowered nerf accordingly(Make SE low,etc etc.). It would be nice to to have splash option for the tech specialists...

If you had techer technics hit multiple spots on a monster, I'd get real strong, overnight. The moment they do that, they better put the monster toughness up right away. That would make absolutely every last class have a way to MDK every monster or boss in the game almost to soloing, in a few seconds.

As of right now, the villains and evil in general is getting their butt whooped, badly. It's like a badly directed film where this supposed big threat of evil is the little whiny dastardly victim while the good guys are bullies with a supposed conscience.
