I posted an instructional image of how to put on a hakama once, no kendo robe though.
As far as I know, you don't wear a robe in Kendo. You were a Hakama for pants, a kendogi for a shirt, and your armour set (bogu or somehting.)

I found a PDF kendo manual and did screenshots on the jacket portion, then edited them together (making it very long, so I stuck it in a spoiler box.) While it's not included, I have the hakama as well. But I don't feel like editing it, contact me on AIM if you need more info.
