Microsoft has nothing to do with the PS2/PC servers. they only do the charging for the 360 version. and im on pc

my mom never had to chang her card each pay cycle this only started happing yesterday for me..... i think ill check again and Will want i meant was it didnt tell me whenever the transaction failed or not

yes I agree with some sort of compensation. i could totally understand if it was the customer (our) sides fault with some sort of card problem. but this is a problem on their behalf, not to mention its not the first time, AND the day before the expansion release

well the work day is almost done unless they work past 5:00 pm to fix it. still nothing as of 2:00 pm est.

Well i took a guitar hero break and came back to log into the playsega.com site and it no longer is blue images saying psu its all red and says aoi with laia on it. so they have updated something on the playsega.com site today but they still havnt canceled my account so i can renew

I think it was a bad idea to try and cancel, guys....but I hope it gets fixed for the rest of you soon.

They updated the subscription to include 15 bonus days. I wonder if this is permanent or a promo for AoI?

EDIT: Not anymore! Looks like billing problems have been solved!
