It should be exactly as it was when you first logged in this morning, money, items, synths, etc. I'm assuming they restored a backup so you shouldn't have "lost" anything but your time.
Where exactly do you get a madoog? Or a shadoog for that matter... do you have to find them? Or can you buy them somewhere?
