At the moment, it is not an option for us. The Japanese servers will be receiving the Nanotransformer EX, the item required to increase your partner machine's storage capacity, this Friday. We'll probably see it this coming spring.
Not to mention, the storage caps out at 500 items, and each Nanotrancer EX we use adds 50; you need to buy 4 in the end to max it out.
