9* Whip - Frogs 80-99
10* Whip - Froogs 100-119
And yes these are in the database.

For Dori, it drops in Sakura S from the new Ageeta looking things.
Vish Adac drops in Awoken Serpant S from the new Naval things.
The other idk.
Vish Adac drops from anything in the Granigs Mines thats 100+. This includes Ice caves and De Rol Le.
Shato 9* Madoog (Sato from PSO) drops from rare Boomas, which appear right before the Barta casting fools at the end of block 4.
seriously the shato is a rare weapon? i bought mine for 800k

Shato isn't that rare, I found one after my second sighting of Gigoboomas on A.
