    Can anyone tell me where i can find the Mikumiko Set that on the quest page of http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com. or did sega stiff us again out of something.

    It's not available yet. It was a problem that SEGA will address in a few weeks.

    I believe a few topics about this has been made so check those out for a bit more details on the manner.
