Just going off the top of my head here -- feel free to prove me wrong.
I would imagine that it's useless as of now, though, since we lack any synthesis boards for 15* items.
I think we have to wait for S2 versions of the new missions to even get a chance on those boards.

Yeah right. The japanese people don't even have 15* boards, let alone 14* boards. We're gonna need missions that exceed S2 enemy levels for boards that high.
Same with the Uranseline. I bet it's gonna be like the Relic Edges again.
