Max level for spell and skills are 40. However, if you meant lv31+ then...

You can find them easily with search function by typing "lv31+ tech" for search.
One more thing, max tech lv for support techs used to be 50 in beta. They removed that and made it 40.

Maybe he is talking about offline since its pa lvl cap is 50?

it seems odd if they leave the pa cap at 40.when the master classes come,we probably will see masterforces or watever itll be getting level 50 techs.and these are beautiful.Ill be enjoying those a bit.
