k i talked to this 1 guy when i was on a quest and he asked me if i wanted to join a weapon club. I responed with "!!" He gave me an emblem and told me to find everybody else. Anywho can anybody give me info on what i'm supposed to do.

There are members in different quests after you talk to him. When you've talked to all of the people (and completed the quests they are in) you can talk to the woman in the shops area and she'll give you a non-photon weapon called "Akiko's Frying Pan"
