How does one create a store or shop? I've looked into the Instruction manual (PS2), and I've been looking online and can't find any reference in creating one. I do apreciate the help in advance.

Go to 2nd floor Guardian's Colony and enter the room decor shop. Buy the Open Shop ticket and redecorate your room with it.
Where do you buy a ticket to redecorate your room? Please and thanks!
In general, I find decorations I can't use... what do I need in order to use them? Just the ticket?

What do you mean decorations you can't use? You can't use AoI decorations in a PSU room, you have to upgrade your room to an AoI room...

Buy one of the room tickets with the flashing exclamation point to the left of it. All of your problems will then be solved.
