SOME ONE FORGOT A /. AND SOMEONE ELSE FORGOT TO PRESS THE CAPS LOCK KEY BEFORE THEY STARTED TYPING. BUT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE YET. THEY SHOULD START UNLOCKING THEM WHENEVER WE GET mag.
They are avaliable during the Maximum Attack G event. Name should change when the NA/EU servers get it though.
