Yeah so here's the situation. My parents PC is fucked up so bad that even Spybot can't get rid of it. Actually the spyware got rid of Spybot. Then I tried other methods like HijackThis and that can't run since it gets closed upon running it. Also the screen is black with red text, multiple bubbles come up with fake spyware programs and the like. Also searching for different removal programs closes Internet Explorer or AOL.

So, its up to YOU to find something that is smarter than this spyware here. Can you do it?

You need to get the spy bot again, and run that shit in SAFE MODE!

you can try AVG Antivirus. It works pretty well. (and it's free!)

Run your programs again in safe mode like foamcup mentioned.

Avast! Hasn't done me wrong in the past, but it seems more preventative. Still could help.
