Level for Winter Event A -> S?

I know it says 60 to get into S, so when I hit 60 I went to S, and loved that people still liked me being around despite being 60. But anyway, it took me about 2 runs to get from 60 to 61 doing the S mission. My party members told me I have a really bad exp reduction going there at 60, what level should I keep doing A until?

when you are 30 levels below the enemies in S. I think the enemies in S are 105? so that would be 75.

What do you mean by exp reduction? not being able to tag all the creatures? Or does that game seriously have something against 60's?

The game is a little fucked up.
If there is somewhere the exp reduction belong then ST could give it too the high lv people...makes loads more sense.

I want to know as well. I'm at 65 and even though I was able to handle myself against the enemies (minus the De Ragan) I felt as if I was leveling up incorrectly. If there is a solution to this, please let me know.

Well think of this.

Max normal exp for an enemy is lets say 200.
Reduction kicks in and bam..you only get 130-140 exp for it..something like that so it sucks hard.
