Japanese PC/PS2 update info for January 31

Story mission
Chapter 4 of Episode 3, entitled "Separation From Mother," will be added. The SEED-Virus vaccine developed by Maya doesn't seem to be working on the AMF CASTs who went out-of-control. You will be heading to AMF HQ to look further into this, though your main purpose for going there will be to investigate an A-Photon wave which originated there.

New S-rank
Bruce's Dungeon S will be available. Note that this difficulty is accessible only by those with the expansion. Players on the original PSU will only have access to C-A difficulties.

Recruitment mission
Dagora Branch Reserves is a special mission where players will be able to assemble teams for party missions. The description implies that players' fastest clear times for party missions will be recorded and viewable here to help players choose suitable comrades.

New items
Numerous new weapons and other items will be added, including new clothes and parts. (Goshkaria set for men, Maydi set for women, Granadas set for male CASTs and Lucaral set for female CASTs.) Casino Voloyal's exchange counter will have some new stuff added, along with the normal rotation of goods. Also, Shitenkaku's offertory box will receive an update.

Will the recruitment mission also warp you to the regular party missions?

It looks like you still have to start the mission on your own. Basically, start the recruitment mission, find party members, end the mission (likely by talking to one of the NPCs in the room), then start Bruce's Dungeon.

Well, not really. The description specifies it's for party missions, but I don't see why we wouldn't be able to use it for free or co-op missions.
