    How long does it take you to recover your HP/TP while standing still? Please state your level.

    *smirks at the 'norms' who can't do this*

    Only androids recover Hp without a unit.

    Only newmans recover Tp without a unit.

    So not everyone can recover lost points. But playing as my HUnewearl, I can at least tell you that she recovers 1 Tp for every 5 seconds or so, when standing still. (Er...when I HAD a HUnewearl... )

    My new level 27 Fonewearl recovers TP at the rate of 1 TP every 3 seconds or so. I have over 510 TP so it takes over 5 minutes to go from 0 TP to Full.

    Since i've never played an android or a newman, i had no clue they even recovered naturally 0_0, sweet merciful crap i'm out of it.
