miko-set,,,?

looking for miko-set colors and which ones are rare...

Pink/Red is the normal, first one we got.
Green/Yellow now comes out about the same as P/R
Black/Red(only on PC/PS2) is as common as the others (or so I've heard)
The Blue one is rare. (Also only PC/PS2)
