What To Get An 18 Year Old.

My brother has made it to being eigthteen years old. &I would like to give him a memorable present, what would be soemthing suitable for his age?

I know he'd likes art supplies but the only store that has art supplies is a bit out of my budget.

As for clothes, he bought a ton of clothes &shoes from Ross this afternoon.

He does have a new DS Lite, but I kinda bought all the games he wanted. <His fault for getting a DS Lite so late! >

1. Go clubbing
2. Hardly play video games ( like me ) which i'm age 22
3. Stay focus in college
4. Maybe get a girlfriend if he's mature enought to get one.
5. hope he has a job.

Anyways, if you can't come up with something to give him, maybe taking him somewhere could be just as great. My 18th bday I got a pretty bad ass guitar from my dad. My mom isn't exactly rich, but she took me to go eat at a steak house I love.

It really depends. Not every 18 y/o is the same. Just go by what he likes to do and go from there.

Get him a book. I love books myself, personally.

Or, better yet, float him some money or dorm essentials for college.

It depends on what he enjoys spending his time on (and how much you're willing to spend).

If you don't want to get him something materialistic, you coud always treat him and some of the guys out to dinner, and possible a night on the town to celebrate. I'm sure that'd be memorable.

If you want something materialistic though, maybe try.. Smash Bros Brawl?

Hmmmmm..... I say give him a wad of cash and a funny card. That's always something I enjoy. Though for my 18th all I really wanted was to have a nice dinner with my Family, and that's just what we did. Or give him cash to go buy a pack of cigarettes.

I agree. Give him a card you know he'd appreciate as well as some money, so that he can buy himself what he wants. That way it is like you got him what he wanted without knowing what he wanted.

Take him out to a movie. When you get to the ticket counter, say "Two tickets please, one adult and one child." Wait for him to say something about it and then tell the clerk "...like I said, one adult and one CHILD."

Or you could take him to a sex shop, preferably without him knowing its a sex shop until you are inside. Just haphazardly walk around and wait for him to make a minor scene.
