Peanut butter and jelly on Pepperidge Farm "Crunchy Oat" wheat bread is enough for me.
Though if I have to have a sammich with meat, the Wendy's Baconator is enough for me.
My tummy is a lightweight, sometimes I even have to take something off of the sammich to be able to finish.
