from the Flyer Base in City, take the Forested Islands run.
from Shikon Tanze route (ending point for Forested Islands), take the Hill of Spores run.
from Habirao Old Village (ending point for Hill of Spores), you can access Dancing Birds
When doing a special flight, go to Habirao Village(or something like that)
