I need some help leveling them

first off, for shifta etc do I get more expierence if I use it on more people?

for zalure and other lowering techs, do more enemies give me more espierience? (I dunno how to spell that...)

resta, do I get points for using it on myslef when I have no damage, and reverser when I have no STA effects?

For the Buffs there are usually parties at Mad Creatures that stand at the 3rd block in front of the recharge cube and buff for hours, since you get more EXP for more people.
For Debuffs I think that the max targets is 6, but it misses on occasion so the more the better.
Resta needs damage to work, and Reverser needs the SE. Hill of Spores is a great help for both with its confusion vents.

Forgot to ask, PC/PS2 or 360? I'm not sure the chances of finding one on PC/PS2, but on 360 there is usually one or two on Unis 1 and 2.
